Theater In College Hoops (Ep. 130)- Bad Behavior & Dynamic Duos

I was remarkably sleepy after a bachelor party and that resulted in me missing most of the weekend action but don't worry we got a recap for ya. We obviously had to give our takes on Howard/Gard and how ridiculous college coaches can be. Then we had to get Tom Izzo's rant in here as well. More bad behavior in college hoops as James Bouknight got asked to leave his seat as well. Then we pivot to some more positive stories as we talk Florida's huge win and American Pie. We also try and figure out what has happened to Sparty. We close out with our favorite duos in honor of our favorite palindrome date and give out some Hugs.

Theater In College Hoops (Ep. 129)- Honestly... This Was A Trainwreck

Title says it all. Subbi had the worst connection of all time. The Shark was concerned that there was no running water, no lights, no shelter, no constitutional rights. Subbi ended up getting kicked off the program so Shark and Taylor finished up. I think we talked about Kentucky/Tennessee? I think we talked about PC/Villanova? Honestly not sure. We have one foot in Savannah for Subbi's bachelor party so listen to this trainwreck or don't listen to it. Whatever.

Theater In College Hoops (Ep. 128)- UCLA, ACC, Wyoming & the Mountain West, Providence & Bets

No Taylor today as he's on his professional grind so the Shark and Subbi take it back to the old days where they host together. Lotta talk about UCLA and their unsuccessful trip to the desert which resulted in more citations than wins. Is it time to panic in Westwood? Then we talk the weird week for Duke. Coach K goes to Chapel Hill one last time and smacks the arch rival but then comes back to Cameron and puts up a dud against UVA. We also give some partial love to Wake Forest as they continue to climb back to relevancy. Then we discuss Wyoming's hot streak and if PC is lucky or if we're just witnessing trolls. Bramlett of the 1997 Arizona Mens Basketball Title Winning Team stopped by to discuss Lute Olson, Arizona then and now and what he's been up to these days. We also touch on the Chris Beard/Texas Tech rivalry. Police presence? What the hell are we doing here?! An Iowa native, Matt delves into his playing career and how he's transitioned to the bench. We've had great coastal representation on the show but not a ton of Midwest representation. That changes now. 
Then we looked at some really terrific winning streaks that include Davidson, UNC Wilmington, Princeton, Boise State, Murray State & Morehead State. We also discuss where Bob McKillop should rank amongst head coaches. Then we chat about Auburn's escape from Columbia and if we buy into Houston. First week of the year is so brutal. We're dealing with some Covid issues, some are stranded from home, it's freezing, we're fat, hungover and tired. But we powered through and had to talk shop about games that actually took place which is a blessing at this point. We talk Colorado State's undefeated start and how last year set the table for their success this season. Then we look at the Purdue loss at home to Wisconsin and try to determine if this is the worst ACC of our lives. Then the boys give out some picks and we finish it off with Hugs.
